I get a lot of emails about the pricey shipping costs so I just want to address it here. I'm not scamming you. These are the actual costs of the US postal service priority mail right now. Especially shipping outside of the USA, the costs are very high, I know. I wish I could do something about it to make this more accessible but I can't. I only send priority mail now instead of a cheaper media mail because I've had so many issues in the past with things getting lost or destroyed if I don't send priority mail and then I end up having to reimburse the cost of the record as well as the shipping and I've lost a lot of money that way so this is really the only option for me shipping right now unfortunately. Just know that all the shipping costs are going towards actual postage, I'm not pocketing any money beyond the cost of the item. I understand if you can't stomach the shipping cost, I don't blame you....love you anyways :)

A few years ago, I went to my 10 year high school reunion. I graduated from a very small rural school in Oklahoma, and although I haven’t really kept up with anyone from those years, it was fairly easy to fall back into our stereotypical roles that we had in high school. I was always the weirdo, sort of an Allison Reynolds character, and I watched as everyone instantly morphed back into their roles of jock and know-it-all and cowboy and prom queen even though we were all now adults with complex layered personalities. We were blissful for the ease of a category to fit into for a night. You could see the general malaise on the gazes of everyone (myself not excluded), how unfulfilled or anticlimactic our lives were measuring up to be in our ill-founded opinions. You could feel the silent agreement of us all to just give each other a break and not dig in too much, not inquire too far. We all felt a little lost in the simulation and so we decided, telepathically, to give the gifts we could afford to each other: grace and mercy.
